If both the business and participants agree, the program duration can be extended beyond the 9 weeks.
Can businesses specify skill sets for their project?
Yes, businesses can provide direction on the skill sets they need for their project. Teams will be formed accordingly.
How are milestones and project details shared?
All milestones and the problem statement will be communicated to participants before the program kickoff.
How is communication handled during the program?
Regular communication between businesses, participants, and mentors is recommended at least twice a week. Weekly check-ins are also conducted to track milestone progress.
What does the program deliver?
The final deliverable is a design or UX solution aligned with the problem statement determined by the business.
How long does the program last?
The program runs for 9 weeks, with the possibility of an extension if the business and participants agree.
What is the role of mentors in the program?
Mentors are assigned to each team to provide guidance and ensure the project stays on track throughout the 9-week program.
What happens if a participant pays but is not selected?
If a participant is not selected, they will not be charged the tuition fee. However, the payment is held during the registration and screening period (less than 30 days) and refunded automatically by the system if they are not selected.
Do participants need to pay to join?
Yes, there is a fee for different participants: - Junior-level participants: $500 - Mid-level participants: $400
How are participants selected?
Participants are pre-screened based on their portfolios and resumes to match the required skills specified by the business.
What types of problem statements can businesses choose?
Businesses can choose from problem areas like: - UX Research - UI Design - UX Design - Design Systems
