IterateUX was founded by Leticia in May 2020 during the pandemic, born from the idea of connecting with others while learning about UX. As time passed, we uncovered shared challenges within our community—navigating the job market, transitioning careers, and building UX skills during a turbulent time. Despite the market downturn, countless individuals were eager to embrace design and user experience, sparking their passion for this field.

Headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, IterateUX grew with a dedicated team of leaders, while maintaining a strong presence in Seattle. Our founders, Leticia and Padma, share a deep commitment to supporting the UX community, which has become a driving force in both their lives and the lives of our team members. With diverse skills and a shared vision, we’ve created a thriving UX family, progressing together on a path of growth and learning.

For nearly two years, the founders collaborated daily over Zoom, building a strong partnership before meeting in person. This shared dedication to our mission has forged a lasting friendship and alignment, enabling us to lead this incredible team of IterateUXers.
