A portfolio review in UX refers to the process of evaluating and assessing a designer's design decision and research approach, typically presented in presentation to gauge their skills, experience, and suitability for a UX- related role.
Please ensure you have at least 3 case studies in your portfolio.
A take-home assignment is a task given to job applicants during the hiring process to assess problem-solving abilities, and approach to UX design or research. Then present design solution to stakeholder and answer questions.
Applicants can work at their own pace within a maximum 8 hours time frame.
At the end of each interview, you will have 10 minutes to collect feedback from your performance and ask questions.
A maximum of 25 Observers with muted mic may attend the Interview Mockup sessions.

As a Job Seeker, you'll receive 3 comprehensive sessions of behavioral interviews, portfolio assessments, and a take-home assignment. You'll have practical experience with experienced UX professionals, and get personalized feedback to enhance your interview skills and the chance to ask questions.

Observing the session you are interested can help you understand the interview process better. When you feel prepared, you're encouraged to apply as a Job Seeker to excel in your future interviews.
